ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING CONSULTANT - DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an award winning international engineering consultancy,
currently undergoing rapid growth.
You will work within this multi-disciplinary environment,
collaborating with the Planning, Landscape, Urban Design / Master
Planning, and Visualisation Teams.
Our Environmental Consultancy work profile is currently focused on EIA
for major city centre commercial and mixed use developments, in
addition to large scale residential developments in the Dublin area.
We also provide environmental consultancy services to a number of
public bodies, and are currently preparing a number of Strategic
Environment Assessments (SEAs) for Development Plans and Local Area
Plans.
The successful candidate will have a proven ability to work within
planning and design teams, and be able to demonstrate initiative,
enthusiasm, determination and a willingness to learn and to grow
professionally.
The position is a full time position based in our Dublin office.
The role offers significant potential for professional development and
advancement, working with in-house and external consultants and with a
range of private and public sector client teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Recognised professional qualification relevant to the role;
3+ years&# *; professional experience in
environmental consulting and planning, including in Environmental
Impact Assessment, Strategic Environmental Assessment and
Environmental Planning
Knowledge of relevant software including MS office, GIS, Adobe
Creative Suite
Excellent communication, report writing, & presentational skills
Self-motivation, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality
delivery
Capability to respond to tight reporting requirements, deadlines, and
internal reporting arrangements
Strong inter-personal skills with ability to work as part of a team
PACKAGE
Salary based experience, negotiable for the right candidates.
